Institutional and Off Campus Training Programmes
Institutional and off campus training programmes on Various aspects of production, protection and processing of coconut, arecanut and cocoa are organized at the HQ, regional stations and research centres of the Institute to benefit farmers and exctension personnel.
Training Programmes on Demand
The following training programmes on request could be organized at CPCRI HQ or at regional satations at Kayamkulam and Vittal or at Research centres at Mohitnagar and Kahikuchi.
Course fee for five participants will be charged in case the number of nomination is less than five.
TA/DA and honararium for Resource Personnel shall be paid by the Sponsors as per ICAR norms.
Besides the above, one day training on ‘Preparation of coconut chips’ is conducted regularly for entrepreneurs and members of farmers’ groups and women SHGs on request. For this training programme Rs100/- is charged per person as training fee.
